2. Services Provided

Wings is an eCommerce website solution that includes:

• Website design and setup
• Domain registration and hosting (if applicable)
• Payment gateway integration
• Product management tools
• Order and inventory management
• Customer database
• Technical support as per selected plan

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business, product, and contact information.
• You agree not to use Wings for any illegal or prohibited activities.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Payments and Subscription

• Service charges must be paid in full before project initiation.
• Subscription fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the service is activated.
• Failure to renew your subscription may result in suspension of your store.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your content, products, and data uploaded to your store.
• By uploading content, you grant Jusmark Tech a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of your store.

6. Data Security & Privacy

• We follow industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your information.

7. Service Limitations & Changes

• Jusmark Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with prior notice.
• We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, hosting issues, or force majeure events.

8. Termination of Service

• Jusmark Tech may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
• Upon termination, your store will be deactivated, and data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jusmark Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh courts.
